Every year, Glamox welcomes 4–8 apprentices across a variety of trades at our factory in Molde. If you are looking for an apprenticeship in a modern, forward-thinking manufacturing company, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for engaged and motivated apprentices to join us in the following fields:

  • Production Technology (2 positions)

  • Industrial Machinery Mechanics (1 position)

Your responsibilities

As an apprentice with us, you will receive thorough training in your specific field while working closely with experienced mentors. Your tasks will be aligned with your curriculum and include:

  • Theoretical and practical training within your trade.

  • Participation in production processes and hands-on problem-solving.

  • Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless production flow.


Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have completed and passed Vg2 in the relevant field of study.

  • Are fluent in Norwegian (both oral and written).

  • Are eager to learn, engaged, and genuinely interested in their trade.

  • Are reliable, responsible, and enjoy working in a team.

  • Take initiative and aren't afraid to ask questions.
