What you'll do

• Handling customer complaints and coordinating investigation and corrective actions.

• Conducting root cause analyses and managing 8D/CAPA activities.

• Cooperating with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.

• Monitoring supplier quality performance and initiating continuous improvement actions.

• Participating in supplier audits and supporting supplier qualification and development processes.

• Analyzing quality data and preparing reports and quality performance indicators.

• Supporting production, engineering, procurement, and project teams in solving quality issues.

• Participating in internal, external, customer, and certification audits.

• Developing and updating quality documentation, work instructions, procedures, and control plans.

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a quality culture within the organization.

Who you are:

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Experience in quality management, complaint handling, manufacturing, or supplier quality cooperation.

• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies, particularly 8D, RCA, and CAPA.

• Familiarity with quality management systems, especially ISO 9001.

• Ability to read technical drawings and work with technical documentation.

• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

• Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.

• Independence, accountability, and good organizational skills.

• Willingness to cooperate with customers, suppliers, and international teams.

• Nice to have

  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-600 standards

  • Experience in conducting internal and supplier audits

  • Driving license cat. B

  • SEP electrical qualifications up to 1 kV
