Quality Engineer

What you'll do
Handling customer complaints and coordinating investigation and corrective actions.
Conducting root cause analyses and managing 8D/CAPA activities.
Cooperating with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitoring supplier quality performance and initiating continuous improvement actions.
Participating in supplier audits and supporting supplier qualification and development processes.
Analyzing quality data and preparing reports and quality performance indicators.
Supporting production, engineering, procurement, and project teams in solving quality issues.
Participating in internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
Developing and updating quality documentation, work instructions, procedures, and control plans.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a quality culture within the organization.
Who you are:
Essential Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience in quality management, complaint handling, manufacturing, or supplier quality cooperation.
Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies, particularly 8D, RCA, and CAPA.
Familiarity with quality management systems, especially ISO 9001.
Ability to read technical drawings and work with technical documentation.
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
Independence, accountability, and good organizational skills.
Willingness to cooperate with customers, suppliers, and international teams.
Nice to have
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-600 standards
Experience in conducting internal and supplier audits
Driving license cat. B
SEP electrical qualifications up to 1 kV
