Essential Skills and Requirements
Degree or equivalent professional experience in systems engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, software engineering, control engineering or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience in systems engineering, system integration, product development or a similar technical role within a complex product or technology environment.
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, requirements management, system architecture, interfaces and verification and validation.
Experience using requirements management, modelling, documentation or engineering lifecycle tools.
Ability to analyse complex technical problems and develop practical, reliable and commercially focused solutions.
Knowledge of change control, configuration management, risk management and structured problem-solving methods.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and international teams.
Organised, proactive and adaptable, with a strong focus on quality, customer needs and continuous improvement.
Experience in lighting, controls, building management systems, IoT, electrical products or industrial technology is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
German language skills (written and verbal) are required.
