Sounds exciting? Join Glamox as a Strategy Manager and play a key role in shaping our future.
As Strategy Manager, you will sit at the intersection of group-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will be a key driver of the Glamox Green Light strategy - facilitating its annual refresh, translating strategic ambitions into concrete divisional plans, and steering high-priority strategic projects from inception to delivery.
This is a unique dual position: you will be embedded in both Strategy and Execution team of Group Growth and your dedicated sales division, giving you unparalleled breadth of perspective - from boardroom strategy to market-facing execution. This role will report to Chief Growth Office.
Why is this an exciting opportunity? You can expect;
A seat at the table- be part of the Group Growth & Marketing team, with direct exposure to top management and the strategic agenda shaping the company's future.
Dual perspective - work both at group level within the Group Growth & Marketing team and deeply within your dedicated sales division, gaining rich insight into markets, customers, and the inner workings of our business.
Real ownership - drive high-impact projects and processes with tangible results, not just advisory work.
